kind of like being able to see cardholders

sense. You have buyer, seller and the
participant on sidelines deciding what he
will do. The person that does not show up on
chart (when looking at vol) is that 3rd
particpiant. So, if you get into a stock that
just meanders and has no vol, you can be
blindsided by trader 1, buyer and the 3rd
particiapnt. So, atleast if you get some vol
coming in to the stock it shows the hands of
the buyer, as allowing for flexibiliy and
having stops guards against that 3rd
participant if he/she comes into market
against. If he comes and joins your side even
better.
