Refund Policy on Trading Room Fees
Your account will be billed $1.00 at time of sign up to validate your billing information. You will receive a trial for you to decide whether you like this service or if it is suitable for you.
You are responsible for your own cancellation through the Trading Room Members Area during that free trial period. This is the first page you come to after you login with your username and password. On the left side there is a link that says Cancel Trading Room Service and this is what will cancel your automatic recurring billing. Please cancel the service using this method. Calling our office and cancelling the service through voice mail on a weekend or the evening before your charge is scheduled is NOT going to cancel your service! Emailing our office at [email protected] will not guarantee that your service will be cancelled during the free trial before your automatic recurring billing is initiated, especially if it is after hours, on weekends, holidays or the customer service staff is too busy to handle your email request. This is why it is imperative you cancel through the link in the Trading Room Members Area.
Once your billing is charged to your credit or debit card, the Trading Room service will run through the 30 day cycle from that date of charge. You will not receive any refund once that charge is made, no exceptions!
Daily Stock Report Subscribers
For those of you who are Daily Stock Report subscribers, you will receive a discounted monthly rate of $49.95 for the Daily Stock Report and it will be automatically adjusted.
For those who have pre-paid the annual rate of $697 for the Daily Stock Report, before subscribing to the Live Trading room, you will receive a maximum of one month access to the Live Trading Room.
Including all trial periods and offers from TradeStocksAmerica, access to the Live Trading room is not to exceed one month of free access..
