NASDAQ - National Association of Securities Dealers Automated Quotation System.

National Market System - The trading system for over-the-counter stocks under the sponsorship of NASD and NASDAQ.

NYSE – New York Stock Exchange located on Wall Street, New York City, New York, USA.
